A signed participant release form is required for on-ice (curling)
membership privileges. It is included in the membership form.

First Year Member - Individuals who have never curled
before. All curling benefits. |

Resident - All curling benefits and voting privileges. |

Senior Resident - Age 65 or older by November 1st. All
curling benefits and voting privileges. |

Non-Resident > 40 - Individuals residing outside a 40 mile
radius around the club. All local curling benefits. |

Wheelchair - Individuals who curl from a wheelchair.
Limited to wheelchair leagues, one day events, or games scheduled

championships, or play downs. |

enrolled as college student, regardless of age. Play is
limited to Curling School and College Curling |
